I, the undersigned, in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the 2nd Annual Family, Fur & Fun Bike Run (the "Event") sponsored and/or conducted by the Family, Fur & Fun Festival, the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Hogs & Heifers, Complete Cycle Repair, LLC, 3 Tomatoes and a Mozzarella, Arlen Ness Motorcycles, Las Vegas Harley, RideNow Powersports, Lucky Dog Magazine and the Law Office of Donna Stidham, LLC, and their applicable members, employees or volunteers (collectively the "Release Parties") release, indemnify and hold harmless the Release Parties from any and all claims and demands, costs, expenses and damages of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later may have against the Release Parties in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the performance of the Release Parties' duties and my participation in the Event.

I certify that I am an experienced motorcyclist holding a valid motorcycle endorsement on my driver's license. I am aware of the dangers and risks inherent to motorcycle operations including the risk of serious bodily injury or death to motorcycle operators and passengers; that I have liability insurance covering my operations of my motorcycle; that other motorcyclists are participating in such Event and their operations may constitute a hazard to me or my motorcycle and the Release Parties are entitled to rely upon the representations made by me herein.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURNACE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
